Collaborative Video Story
Our Natural world is our greatest teacher: even the tiniest creatures have characteristics that make them unique and resilient.
And our young writers will discover, so do we!
Being able to seek stories in nature using all our senses, not only inspires our writing - but it builds an already present organic connection to the systems and rhythms of our outside world. We find, what is outside, is also inside
In this fun program the students will build a collaborative story - using characters they each contribute. They will leave with a folder of tools that will prompt and structure their creativity, making sitting down to write a more flowing experience. This class culminates in a voicing characters for a video-book, presenting it to the school, and giving copies to the Public & School Libraries.
