About the Process…
What does creating meaning through art look like? Beyond momentary meaning – can we can use art to convey direction into our daily lives? Art is the most naturally accessible method to do just this ~ easier to use than even words. The guided process in Create to Renew programs, is a mindful blend of emotion, subject and metaphor.  Underlying each creative piece is a rich, personal language which becomes your very own Visual Vocabulary. The magic sparkles when you see your intuition take shape upon paper or canvas! Where you apply that inner wisdom, is up to you…

Embodied Creativity
“Intuitive-Expression” refines a lost connection to one’s body wisdom - the inner voice. The process allows your Visual Vocabulary to take form within your art, because we connect right to your heart’s sense of natural expression - what your heart feels, you express. Form always follows intention here, as it should in life as well. Create to Renew sessions are fun, light and reveal paths to explore this voice.
