We are all creative. We all have nurtured something that grows happily as we shower it with our focus and inspiration. As a woman and a mother, I have had to creatively adapt to life’s many changing circumstances. Through career growth, to balancing work and children, to recreating career around family life - managing these changes required me to find myself in my creative voice.. Retreating to a quiet space with pen, paint, or piano is my soul-filled practice.It leaves me clearer, ready to move forward. By tending to my inner world, my outer world reflects refreshed energy: create to renew.

With a background in English, arts and education programming, and decades of piano training - I developed an intuitive method of instructing both piano and creative group classes. Additional trainings include therapeutic writing, visual journaling, art expression courses as well as IET and Reiki study. The common technique throughout all Create to Renew programs involves expressing and contemplating creative choices - the body’s internal energy.
