Energy Healing : Jen infuses all of her work with the nurturing energy of Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET), creating heart-centered sessions that provide a supportive space for your vision, healing, and personal growth to unfold. She also collaborates with yoga teachers and sound healing practitioners to offer holistic healing experiences that support mind, body, and spirit.

Over time, Jen's practice has naturally expanded to include work with children and animals, as she has always have found them to be her greatest teachers. She is passionate about offering IET classes to those who feel called to learn and is deeply grateful for the opportunity to help others discover their own connection to their peace, balance, and potential.

Creative Expression: Jen's Creative Expression sessions draw from a diverse toolbox of practices, including therapeutic writing, intuitive collage, sensory crafts, and expressive painting. These creative modalities gently bypass the analytical mind, allowing space for intuition, insight, and authentic self-expression to emerge.

Jen is formally trained in the Paint From Your Soul® method, a transformative approach that explores the Divine Feminine archetypes of the Mother, Lover, Priestess, and Warrioress. Through this process, clients are invited to deepen their self-awareness, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and express their unique journey through creativity. The moments that bring Jen the greatest inspiration is when clients experience that art will always say what the mind will not.
