Integrative Energy Therapy (IET) and Reiki practices both merge the body’s energy fields with the greater fields that surround us, inviting new and clear energy to flow through the body. It will loosen stagnant traps, releasing what is stuck. Both are gentle modalities with powerful and uplifting results.

Jen has been practicing IET and Reiki for over five years. She is located in the NH Seacoast region, and can travel as well. She includes an EMF mat treatment in her healings.
