Adult Series: Balancing Our Two Selves
How busy we are as women!
Do you often find yourself frantically bailing water out of your canoe, just to remain afloat (only to make space for more water to come rushing in)? What if we took the time to actually mend our vessel? It is holding you, after all - and this is an important journey!
Despite overwhelming everyday distractions, you have always had the perfect tool to fix your vessel: your uninhibited thoughts. Accessing your intuitive truth will allow you to bring fresh choices to your table - choices that carry the message of your truest self.
High Heart Writing will help you access this power right away, simply with pen and paper.
Using the techniques of “quick-writes” and a biblio-therapeutic approach, this workshop is designed as a sequence of realizations. Curated poem selections (with themes such as growth, transition, abundance) — will guide you through each session, developing a space for you to invite back your joyful heart. It is your heart that will converse with you through the classes, bringing clarity, progress and balance.
Sit with me as we explore the present reality of your balance. Together we will create a path for your intuition to emerge stronger.

Adult Series: Retreat to Renew: Coming Fall 2022
Do we recognize the periods of our growth?
Are we efforting to build and become, or are we allowing growth naturally?
Natural growth, includes periods of rest and restoration. Periods of conservation and regeneration. Periods of inner need, versus outer giving.
The Retreat to Renew series explores our relationship with the concept of retreat, our comfort level with self sustenance. Together we will develop a clearer understanding of when we enter (and require) a period of renewal. We will engage from an inner perspective, as we interpret the outer perception of retreat, of the value of rest.
Using the techniques of “quick-writes” and a biblio-therapeutic framework, this workshop is designed as a sequence of realizations. With curated poem selections (focusing on themes such as growth, transition, abundance) — I will guide you through each session, allowing a space for you to invite back your joyful heart. It is your heart that will converse with you through the classes, bringing clarity, progress and balance.
Sit with me as we explore the value we place on restorative engagement. Together we will create a path for your intuition to emerge stronger.

Adult Series: Welcoming Change
What is it that makes change so…emotional.
The doorways we stand in, watching as others grow - or passing over the thresholds ourselves - can be defining moments - requiring a balance between memories and faith.
And, are they just moments, or new chapters we will be walking into? Why (and where) are we challenged internally, when externally our environment, jobs or relationships change?
Our perceptions create our outlook, our future. In the Welcoming Change Series, we will connect with our intuition to reassess, and realign — so that the steps forward are taken with precision, and trust.
Using the techniques of “quick-writes” we will bypass our impulse to control and define our situations - to let our intuition slip out into freedom. The biblio-therapeutic framework allows this workshop to flow as a sequence of realizations. Curated poem selections (with themes such as courage, allowing, perspective) — will guide you through each session, making a space for you to call-in the guidance of your joyful heart. It is your heart that will converse with you through the classes, bringing clarity, progress and balance.
Sit with me as we explore the only constant in life: change. Together we will create a path for your intuition to emerge stronger, and gain perspective through our unique group dynamic.
